Day 2 of the 2026 PGA Show is in the books, and Life at the Turn was there to take it all in. If you missed our rundown of day 1 and Demo Day, you can catch up here. Day 2 moved from the driving range to the convention center, where over 1.1K golf industry vendors had set up shop for over 30,000 professionals.

We’ll get into some of our highlights from day 2 below, but if you’re looking for more pictures and more hot takes directly from the show floor, get to the Life at the Turn community site. You’ll find new photos and updates in real time, throughout the entirety of the show.

New Shiny Things at the PGA Show

If you’re a golf club junkie, the floor of the PGA Show is a dangerous place to be. The newest gear from Callaway, PING, PXG, and nearly every club manufacturer are on display and available to hit, whether in the convention center’s netted range or the manufacturer’s own booth.

The opportunity to sample the latest gear isn’t limited to the big dogs either. Smaller niche brands are well represented, with respected names like Edel and Fisher Putters offering their latest for professionals to try.

Coming Soon

The PGA Show is also fertile ground for new releases that aren’t yet available at retail. Many companies use the show to create buzz and elicit feedback, and while they may be mum on details (like pricing), it’s an effective strategy. Case in point, a new prototype driver from Yonex that was briefly unveiled on day 1 at demo day and was available for closer inspection at the Yonex booth on day 2. There aren’t many details being shared about this prototype, but one immediate conclusion stands out: It’s a LOT of carbon.

Plenty of other products are available to be eyeballed at the PGA Show too. For some companies, you have to know about it ahead of time and ask to see the gear, which will emerge from a secret drawer somewhere in the booth as if you’re being handed nuclear launch codes. For others, it’s a poorly kept secret and fully on display. In either case, there are plenty of new and exciting golf products still to be released in the coming weeks and months.

Tech for Every Golfer

Do you want a good launch monitor for your golf simulator or the driving range that’s reliable, gives accurate club and ball data, and won’t break your budget? Unfortunately, such unicorns don’t really exist. A solid camera-based system can easily set you back $5K in a hurry, and that’s just the way it is.

Maybe not anymore. There’s plenty of buzz about the ever-increasing affordability of launch monitor solutions that offer the same level of accuracy and reliability as big-name flagship monitors, but at much more consumer-friendly pricing. At the top of the list of these pending solutions comes from Rapsodo, who are using the PGA Show to debut and test a prototype PC-enabled overhead launch monitor with six cameras. (That’s right, six.) Dubbed the CLMPro, Rapsodo is sure to shake up the launch monitor industry with this offering.

What’s more, Rapsodo is adding PC-based software capabilities to the MLM2PRO. There are more launch monitors hitting the market this year as well that we’ll cover tomorrow. Suffice it to say, 2026 is going to be a great year for golfers looking for affordable but capable launch monitor tech.
